What I need...
Name and address of the school.
Lead person's name, and their email.
If required, provide a Purchase Order (PO) number from your school business manager.
I may need to be set up as a supplier for your school, if that's the case just ask your school business manager/bursar to contact me.

The transition kit is an absolute bargain and packed full of great ideas and editable resources - it will be very useful as a tool to audit out current practice. Plus I’ve paid half now, half next month which makes it even more affordable.

While this toolkit supports the implementation of a highly effective transition programme, it is not meant to replace other existing positive transition work; but it can be used as a guide that can enhance existing procedures within any given setting.
Additionally, it doesn't intend to replace paperwork mandated by individual local authorities, particularly documentation supporting the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice.
The aim of creating this guidance is ultimately to increase professional confidence.
